Gong Li recently attended the 2008 "Britain's Best" awards ceremony, which honors the best use of butter on an inappropriate sandwich and the best pub fight. She sat in a box stadium seat with Charles Dickens, Austin Powers and the dude who started Cadbury chocolates.
